Do I need to buy Diamond before Emerald?
Yes. Emerald builds on Diamond's perks, so you'll need Diamond before purchasing Emerald.
Is Ruby a subscription?
Yes. Ruby is €5.99 per month and auto-expires after 30 days unless renewed.
Can I buy Ruby without Diamond?
Yes. Ruby is standalone — you don't need to own Diamond or Emerald first.
How do I get a Media role?
Open a Discord ticket. Media is granted manually to content creators.
How do background changes work?
Diamond includes 2 changes per month (one mobile + one PC, or two of the same). Emerald bumps that to 3 per month. Ruby is unlimited with a 1-day cooldown between swaps.
How long does it take to get my rank?
Usually within a few hours. Once your payment is verified in your Discord ticket, an admin grants the rank via the Discord bot.
What aspect ratios are accepted for backgrounds?
Mobile backgrounds must be portrait (9:16 ratio ±15%). Desktop backgrounds must be landscape (16:9 ratio ±15%). JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP are all supported, up to 5MB.
Are Diamond and Emerald one-time purchases?
Yes. Diamond and Emerald are one-time payments. The rank stays on your account as long as the website is running. Only Ruby is recurring.
